Innolink Oy asked from its customers in November 2018 about Viljavas’ ability to serve its customers. Viljava’s customers appreciate reliability, employee availability, and ability to solve the problems that come up with as quickly and flexibly way as possible. Staff in Viljava’s terminals and elevators got good grades for these important issues. The development focus from customers point of view was on 24/7 truck loading self-services and digital services. The effect of availability of the storage space on inventory gains from customers was clearly shown. This was particularly apparent at Naantali, Loviisa and Loimaa sites.
